There are many sharp bones and in it. Each my serving 1 tea spoon size and you will get 4-5 piece of hard and sharp bone in it. I believe itâs a center bone of a fish. They are sharp enough to hurts your throat or teeth if u accidentally swallow it or shew it. .My first time trying out this brand and I will not buy it again. Taste was ok, nothing stand out.
I visited Chiang Mai about 5 years ago for 2 weeks. Ate a lot of Khao Soi. A couple restaurants near me here in Colorado make a very good version of Khao Soi. This Maesri canned paste turned out to be a delicious failure. Meaning it was very good but missed the mark of tasting like Khao Soi I had in Thailand. I'll make it again but I've come to the conclusion I'll have to make my own paste from scratch which is a long difficult process. But, it will be worth it.

There are several brands of this chili paste. The best brand is this one, but it is the hardest to find. Most Asian food stores don't carry this. I am so glad to have found the Siam store! Thank you!
The best soy sauce and service was perfect ! I got my product in a timely manner and perfect condition!
