-HOW DO I PLACE A PICK UP OR DELIVERS ORDER?

Step 1: Visit www.siamstore.us and log in or create an online account.

Step 2: Browse available products in the online aisles, weekly Ad or across the content pages of the website.  When you find an item you would like to purchase, select “Add to Cart”. 

Step 3: When you have completed your shop, click on your cart icon.

Important!!!! We offer free standard delivery for specific day and area in DC-MD-VA with minimum order $50. For any-day express delivery, There is a delivery fee of $9.95.

Step 4: Click "Process to Checkout". You will provide the necessary location (Delivery Address or Pickup Store location). (Note – if you do not meet the minimum purchase requirement for delivery, you will receive a pop-up indicating that you are below the minimum order value and will need to add additional items to your cart.)

Step 5: You will view your order summary where you will confirm your Order Information and Delivery/Pickup Time & Address.  If this is your first order, you will also need to provide Payment Information – returning customers can store their payment information and will just need to confirm for future purchases.  On this page, you can also provide Promo Codes and Gift Cards, and for delivery orders only – any Delivery Instructions and any monetary Tip for our drivers. 

Step 6: You will then be prompted to choose your preferred date and time slot for your "PICK UP" or "DELIVERY" order

-CAN I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?

Yes, as long as the items are still in your cart when you log into your account, you can cancel your order and choose whether to keep the items in your cart. Press the Cart button and then choose to cancel your order. The prices for items you leave in your cart will be adjusted to reflect current prices and sales. You can also change your delivery day and time.

-HOW DO I CREAT AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?

Click on “Account” and then "Create Account" and complete the online form. If you have questions or problem contact us at support@siamstore.us or call 703-646-8180.

-WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME TO ACCEPT A DELIVERY?

You may note for "Unattended Delivery" Service. The delivery driver will deliver your order at a secure area outside your home.

To ensure the freshness of your products, your order may be packed with dry ice.

Do not touch dry ice with your bare hands. Simply allow the dry ice to evaporate.

-ATTENED DELIVERY VS UNATTENDED DELIVERY

ATTENED DELIVERY : Please make sure that someone is home and available to accept your order during your scheduled delivery time. If we are unable to leave your order, or must make multiple delivery attempts, you will be charged a fee (REDELIVERY FEE $15-$50).

Please secure your pets prior to your driver's arrival.

UNATTENDED DELIVERY: Siam offers "Unattended Delivery" for those who cannot be home to receive their order. Simply let us know you will not be home when you are selecting your delivery time. Your order may contain reusable gel packs and dry ice. We cannot guarantee the quality of items that are not unpacked within an hour after the delivery window. DO NOT TOUCH DRY ICE WITH BARE HANDS.

Delivery Instructions

During checkout, include instructions for your Siam Delivery Driver as to where to leave your delivery. Choose an area outside your home that is accessible yet secure and protected, keeping weather conditions in mind. We cannot be responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft that occurs to your order. If, for any reason, your Siam Delivery Driver feels the designated area is unsafe, we reserve the right to not leave your order.

Warnings

Your order may be packed with dry ice to ensure product quality. Do not touch dry ice with your bare hands. Simply allow the unused portion of dry ice to sublimate in a well-ventilated area.

-WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

You can pick up your order from our store address 12053 Nebel Street, Rockville, MD 20852. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation as well as a confirmation e-mail listing the pickup information as well as pickup hours if applicable.

-HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY RECEIPT FOR MY ONLINE ORDER?

Every new Siam Delivers customer is automatically signed up to receive electronic receipts. We will also include a paper copy of your receipt with your order.

-HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE PRODUCT QUALITY FOR ONLINE PICK UP AND DELIVERY ORDERS?

You'll find restaurant-quality Seafood, Plant Based and Asian Grocery Products. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product in your order, please call our Support at 703-646-8180. If you are missing a product which is not noted as out of stock, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to notify  Siam Customer Support 703-646-8180 for a full refund.

-WHAT IF A PRODUCT I CHOOSE FOR MY ONLINE ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

Occasionally, a product you order online may be out of stock and, in most cases, we will automatically cancel that items from your order and will notify you by email.

-HOW LONG IS THE PRICING OF AN ITEM ONLINE VALID?

Prices for items you place in your online cart will be guaranteed as long as your order is submitted prior to the sale price expiration date and delivered (or picked up by you at a designated pickup location) within 7 calendar days from the day you originally placed your order. After 7 days, prices will be adjusted to reflect current prices.

-PRODUCTS RETURNS FOR PICK UP AND DELIVERY?

Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product you purchase for online order, please Contact us at support@siamstore.us or call 703-646-8180. Our support team will guide you to the process.

(We accept the return for item that in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging for Dry Asian grocery products up to 15 days and for frozen seafood, plant based up to 7 days)

-HOW CAN I SUGGEST A PRODUCT I WOULD LIKE FOR YOU TO OFFER?
