🛒 ORDER & SHIPPING

- HOW DO I PLACE A PICKUP OR DELIVERY ORDER?

  1. Visit www.siamstore.us and log in or create an account.

  2. Browse and add your favorite products to your cart.

  3. Click the cart icon when you're ready to check out.

  4. Select "Proceed to Checkout" and enter your delivery or pickup info.

  5. Confirm your order details, payment, promo codes, and delivery notes.

  6. For pickup orders, choose your preferred pickup date and time.

- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? We typically ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on location. We’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

- HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. (Check your spam/promotions folder just in case!) You can also log into your account and check the order status anytime.

- WHAT IF MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVES? If your package is delayed or shows no tracking update, please contact us. We'll help you file a claim. If there's no resolution after 2 weeks, we’ll replace or credit your order.

- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? No, we currently only ship within the continental U.S. (excluding HI and AK).

- CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS? We do our best to include everything in our product descriptions. Still have questions? Just email us — we’re happy to help!

- THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT-OF-STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE? Stock can run out quickly! If an item is unavailable, message us and we’ll let you know when it’s coming back.

- HOW CAN I SUGGEST A PRODUCT I’D LOVE TO SEE? We love your ideas! Let us know at support@siamstore.us what you'd like to see next.


🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH A PRODUCT I ORDERED? Your satisfaction is our top priority. If anything’s wrong with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 703-646-8180 or support@siamstore.us.

- HOW DO RETURNS WORK? Dry grocery products (unopened and in original packaging): returnable within 15 days. Frozen or plant-based items: returnable within 7 days. Contact us first and we’ll guide you through the return process.

- CAN I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER? Yes! If it’s still in your cart, you can cancel it anytime. If you've already paid, email support@siamstore.us or call 703-646-8180 to request a cancellation.

- I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE — CAN I STILL APPLY IT? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, let us know and we’ll try to help. Once shipped, we unfortunately can’t apply discount codes retroactively.
